Shenzhen Konka E-Display Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Parent Company") hereby declares that Guangdong E-Vision Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Subsidiary") is its wholly-owned subsidiary. All overseas business operations previously managed by the Parent Company will now be officially undertaken by the Subsidiary. This adjustment aligns with our strategic development plan to enhance service efficiency and global market responsiveness.  

深圳康显壹视界智能科技有限公司（以下简称“母公司”）特此声明，广东壹视界智能科技有限公司（以下简称“子公司”）为母公司全资子公司,母公司原有对外贸易业务现正式由子公司承接运营。此调整基于公司战略发展需求，旨在提升服务效率及全球市场响应能力。
